The nitrogen generators produce nitrogen from compressed air available on-site, or supplied by a dedicated compressed air generator. The air is purified by pre-filtration which eliminates impurities, such as humidity, oil vapour, particles and hydrocarbon.

The filtrated compressed air stream is channelled into the CMS-Filter being in filtration mode. While the air is passing through the filter,   the oxygen and carbon dioxide molecules are eliminated and the air dew point is lowered.  As a result, a clean, dry stream of high-purity nitrogen gas originated, which can be used for the widest variety of applications.

For compatible medium, the compressed air is filtered by sophisticated filtration device.  The equipment can do self-regulation to input air pressure to insure the equipment service life.
